Below you will find a selection of models relating to the A4/V2 programme produced by companies from around the world. I will try to add to them through time.
A4/V2 MISSILES FUEL TRANSPORTERS
Condors A4/V2 Missile and Launch Table: This is a simple kit but a nice one all the same the detail is a little heavy in areas and the firing table needs a little work. Very reasonably priced in most shops. 1/72 Scale Planet Models A-Stoff Transporter: This is quite a tricky one to put together and good reference material is a must. Should build into a nice vehicle with a bit of work. 1/72 Scale
JV Models A4/V2 Missile: This is another simple kit and shows the missile with the camouflage cover in position. 1/72 Scale Planet Models Kfz.385: A nice model built around the Esci Opel chassis, should built up nicely and there is a small etched brass detail set included. 1/72 Scale
A4/V2TRANSPORTERS Planet Models T-Stoff Tanker: Another model built around the Esci Opel chassis, again should built up nicely and there is a small etched brass detail set included too. 1/72 Scale
Planet Models Meiler Wagen: This is quite a tricky kit to put together and will need a fair bit of time to complete and a little bit of scratch work. Nice etched brass set to complete the model. 1/72 Scale
Airfield Accessories Kfz. 385: This is quite a simple set with heavy detail in areas and needing a bit of work. The trailer is also included with this set. 1/72 Scale
JV Models Meiler Wagen: This one will also require a little time to complete but is a lovely model. The ladder assembly will be the tricky part. 1/72 Scale
OBSERVATION VEHICLES
JV Models Feurleitpanzer Sd.Kfz 7/3: This is a conversion set for the hasagawa 8 ton Halftrack and builds into a nice vehicle the rear area is hollow which will allow for further detailing. I would recommend some reference material for the construction. 1/72 Scale
Resin Masters Meiler Wagen : The structure of this one looks to be good although a little toy like with various connection plugs. I haven't seen a 1/76 scale V2 to accompany this vehicle for a long while and the 1/72 Missiles are a little over scale. 1/76 Scale
Resin Masters Feurleitpanzer Sd.Kfz 7/3: This is a conversion set for the Airfix 8 ton Halftrack and should build into a nice vehicle. The parts are cast solid. 1/76 Scale
HEAVY TRACTORS
Planet Models Faun ZRS: This will build into a very nice vehicle but a good source of reference material is necessary as the location of part assembly is vague. Still no clear evidence of this vehicle being used to tow the Meiler Wagen. 1/72 Scale
JV Models HANOMAG SS 100: This is a lovely model, parts fit well and looks very nice when complete. Could do with a little extra detailing. Would make a nice kit for anyone working with resin for the first time. 1/72 Scale
Resin Masters Hanomag SS 100: Looks to be a nice model again a little toy with some detail a little heavy but should build into a nice vehicle. The wheels look a little small? 1/76 Scale
